This gem is used strictly for the [[Slayer]] skill purpose. If you have an active [[Slayer task]], the gem can be used to contact your current [[Slayer master]] about your task. It can be used to check certain information about your slayer task such as your current task, tips of your task or your current [[Slayer points]]. You can also right-click the gem to instantly check the amount of monsters remaining for your task.
