When upgraded, it increases the weapon's accuracy to +100 but becomes degradeable and lasts for 33 hours of combat after which the staff will turn back into its [[Elemental staff|unupgraded form]] without giving the crystal back. The upgraded elemental staves are not tradeable, cannot be dropped and cannot be alched.
