Sir Tiffy Cashien can be found in Falador park sitting on a bench enjoying his cup of coffee. He provides players information about the Jack Frost I quest and the Giant mole. Players can also exchange Mole skin, Mole nose and Mole claws for Bird's nests by using the aforementioned items on Sir Tiffy Cashien. The exchange rates are:

1 mole skin for 0.5 bird's nests
1 mole claw for 0.75 bird's nests
1 mole nose for 2 bird's nests
