Slash Bash is the final boss of the Desert War quest. He is level 111 and will appear with 2 Zogres as minions. Because the final boss is found in an instanced area, other players can not help you to kill him. His Zogre minions do not need to be killed to complete the quest objective.
His combat level is a bit misleading, he is much stronger and has more health than most monsters around level 111. Be well prepared!
