The Gilded Chaotic staff has the same stats as the Chaotic staff, it just has that gilded colour on it. It can be bought for 200,000 slayer points from the slayer point exchange. Exaclty as for the Chaotic staff, the gilded version holds 15,000 charges too before turning into a broken state, after which it needs to be repaired by Bob or at a repair stand in a POH.
