The Dagannoth cave is a dungeon on the Waterbirth island that can be accessed by talking to the Ghost captain in level 7 Wilderness just north of Edgeville or by talking to Jarvald in Rellekka. Players can also use the Lunar spellbook to teleport directly to it or to teleport a group to the cave.
Dagannoth kings can be accessed by climbing a ladder at the far East side of the Dagannoth cave.
