All Skillcapes can be bought at King Percival's Skill-Items located at White knights castle and Thomy's Skillcape shop at Barbarian for 158,594 coins per skillcape.

A Skillcape can only be worn if the player reached level 99 of that skill. When players reach 200 million experience in that skill, they can wear the master cape of that skill. Players who maxed multiple skills can wear certain combination capes.
