Musa Point is the north eastern part of Karamja.
It is possible to train fishing in Musa Point. You can fish lobsters, swordfishes and tunas here. Players can train hunter here by catching Crimson swifts, Tropical wagtails and Black warlocks. There are banana tree's located. Players can pick banana's here.
Also the Brimhaven agility arena can be accessed through the trapdoor in Karamja's General Store, located beside the bank.
