White berries can be picked from the whiteberry bush located just west of Varrock's big bank, directly south of the Grand Exchange teleport spot. It is only used as an ingredient to make defence and super defence potions by using the Herblore skill.
Defence potions are created by using the white berries on an Unfinished ranarr potion. This requires a herblore level of 26 and will grant 375 experience.
Super defence potions are created by using the white berries on an Unfinished cadantine potion. This requires a herblore level of 77 and will grant 750 experience.
