The Zamorakian spear is one of the best melee weapons, even though being two-handed. It's max hit can reach ~70 with really good gear, prayer and potions. It requires 80 Attack to equip. It doesn't have a special attack, but it makes up for this by hitting harder on larger monsters. Because of this the Zamorakian spear is preferred versus bosses.

Players can obtain the spear as a very rare drop (1 in 200) from Mithril dragons.
