Deadly red spiders can be found in the Karamja volcano. You can reach this dungeon by paying the Sailor in Port Sarim 30 coins, which will bring you to Karamja. Simply walk west from where you arrive until you reach a vulcano, this is where you can enter the dungeon. You can also use a Ring of duelling to teleport to the Obsidian caves, from there you can exit the caves and you will be directly in the Karamja dungeon.
Deadly red spiders are not aggressive and they can't poison you. They will always drop Red spiders' eggs, an ingredient used in the Herblore skill.
