Fremennik shield is mostly used as a decorative shield, but has low defensive stats. 20 Defence is required to wear it.

How to make one?
To make a Fremennik shield you need 2 artic logs, 4 iron nails and a rope. Once you've got these, walk to the woodcutting stump that is located east of the bank, click on it and it will make a Fremennik shield.
