The Runecrafting cape is a skill mastery cape which requires level 99 in the Runecrafting skill to equip. The Runecrafting cape has decent bonuses and is sold at King Percival's Skill-Items located at White knights castle for 158,593 coins. You can also trim your skillcape, in order to do this you need to use your skillcape on King Percival for a free trim. Both capes provide the same bonuses.
