Hitpoints (also known as health or HP) is a skill that affects how many hitpoints a player or monster has. Hitpoints represent the amount of damage a player or monster can withstand before it dies. Death occurs when a player or monster's hitpoints reach zero.
The Hitpoints skill is automatically trained in any fight with any of the combat styles Attack, Strength, Defence, Range and Magic. You will not gain Hitpoints experience when enchantment spells, support spells, teleportation spells or alchemy spells are used, as they deal no damage directly. You gain 20 Hitpoints experience per hit in Emps-World.
Players may restore their hitpoints with food or Saradomin brews.
