You have a Statius's warhammer.

Statius's warhammer is a strong ancient weapon obtained as a rare drop from the Spectral worshipper. It requires 78 Attack and Strength to equip. The special attack costs 50% of your special attack bar and is guaranteed to lower the targets Defence level by 10 levels, which stacks with consecutive special attacks on the same target.

Statius's warhammer has a similar corrupt version, which requires a lower Attack level and provides less bonuses.

Once used in combat, Statius's warhammer is no longer tradeable and can only be repaired by using Ancient energy on it. Recharging it to full with the ancient energy will not make it tradable again, however. After 3000 hits, the warhammer will crumble into dust if not recharged.
