When drinking a Super magic potion your Magic level will be temporarily increased by 10% plus 3. The boost will gradually wear out and your magic level will return to its original level. Magic potions are often used when doing PvM or Minigames because they increase your magic accuracy and maxhit. Players doing PvP with magic will prefer to use magic potions as well.
Magic potions can be made by combining a Potato cactus and a Lantadyme potion (unf). This requires a Herblore level of 84 and will grant 950 experience.
