You have a Slayer helmet.

The Slayer helmet grants the wearer 10% strength and accuracy bonus against their assigned slayer monster, as well as granting 10% more Slayer experience while worn. It is also capable of defending the wearer from smoke poisoning in the Smoke dungeon. The Slayer helmet requires 50 Attack, 50 Strength, 50 Defence to equip.

You can purchase the slayer helmet from the Slayer point exchange for 7,500 Slayer points. The Slayer point exchange can be accessed by talking to any of the Slayer masters.

The Slayer helmet is one of the components of the full slayer helmet, along with the black mask, focus sight and hexcrest. You will need a crafting and slayer level of 55 in order to combine them.
