The Arcane spirit shield can only be created by using a Arcane sigil on a Blessed spirit shield. This requires a Crafting level of 90 and grants a player 1046 Crafting experience.
The Arcane sigil and the Spirit shield are only obtainable as rare drops from the Corporeal beast.
