Guthan's warspear is one of the various barrows items that is obtainable from the Barrows Brothers minigame. It is one of the pieces of Guthan's armour set. The warspear requires 70 attack to be equipped.

Guthan's warspear, like all barrows items, is a degradable weapon and will gradually degrade into a broken state while used in combat, possessing a total of 8,000 charges. It is only tradeable when it is completely full of charges or completely broken. If the user dies and drops the spear, the broken version will be dropped. The warspear can be repaired by Bob at any state for a coin fee of up to 300,700 gp (depending on how many charges missing).

Set effect

Guthan's warspear, when equipped with the rest of the set, will activate Guthan's set effect. The set effect will increase the player's lifesteal bonus by 20%.
