The mithril platelegs require a defence level of 20 to be worn. It can be purchased for 2 960 coins in the armour shop in Barbarian village and it is only dropped by the melee barbarians and the boss Chronozon. It can also be made by using the smithing skill. This requires a smithing level of 66 and 3 mithril bars and will grant 1020 smithing XP. The mithril platelegs provide the same stats as the mithril plateskirt, they just look differently.
