You have a Crystal bow.

The Crystal bow is a unique bow obtainable as a rare drop from skeletal wyverns. It requires 70 ranged to be equipped. While it does not possess a special attack, it does make use of a unique mechanic that prevents it from consuming any arrows when used.

The Crystal bow is degradable and will gradually degrade into a Crystal seed while used in combat, possessing a total of 5,000 charges. It is only tradeable as the seed or when it is completely full of charges. If the user dies and drops the bow, it will retain all of its charges. The bow can be repaired by Bob at any state for a coin fee of up to 225,000 gp, depending on how many charges missing. Players may also repair it at a repair bench in a player-owned house for a reduced fee of up to 159,975 gp.
