You have a Max cape.

The Max cape can be bought and worn when a player has achieved level 99 in all Skills. It can be bought from Thessalia in Varrock, it costs 5,248,773 coins, max hood has to be bought seperately. In terms of bonuses it's the best in slot cape for melee, it also has the ability of the Ava's accumulator to conserve arrows when ranging.

Players can also use the skillcape emote, which turns the player into a dragon which then flies up in the air.

Max cape can be upgraded to Completionist cape at the top of Varrock museum.
