Abyssal bow (thunder) can be obtained by combining an Abyssal bow with a Thunder crystal. It requires 80 Range to equip and can fire all arrows with the exception of Zamorak arrows, Saradomin arrows and Ancient arrows. It is also one of the fastest bows in the game. The type of arrow will determine the ranged strength (and thus the maxhit) of the attack.

Abyssal bow (thunder) has better attack bonuses than the abyssal bow but is degradable (40,000 charges). At 0 charges, the crystal is destroyed and an abyssal bow remains.
