The adamant chainbody requires a defence level of 30 to be worn. It can only be made by using the smithing skill. This requires a smithing level of 81 and 3 admamant bars and will grant 1 290 smithing XP. The adamant chainbody provides the same stats as the adamant platebody, they just look differently.
