You have a Statius's warhammer.

Statius's warhammer is a spectral weapon obtainable by upgrading its corrupted version with 6000 spectral energy. Its special attack costs 50% of your special attack bar and lowers your target's defence by 10%, which stacks with consecutive special attacks on the same target.

Once upgraded, Statius's warhammer becomes untradeable and can only be repaired by using spectral energy on itand can cost up to 6,000 energy. Statius's warhammer can last for up to 5 hours of combat until it revert back to it's corrupted state and can be upgraded and traded once again. Upon death in PVP, only 6,000 Spectral energy will be dropped.

Along with the bandos godsword and the Zamorak bow, Statius's warhammer is one of the only weapon that can lower defence; despite the potential drop being much lower, however, it is always guaranteed even if you deal no damage
