A Diamond ring is made by using a Gold bar on a furnace whilst also having a Ring mould and a Diamond in the inventory. Doing so requires a Crafting level of 43 and gives 340 experience when made.
The diamond ring can be enchanted into a Ring of life by using lvl-4 enchant from the Normal spellbook on it.
