Oak longbows require a Range level 5 to wield. You can obtain Oak longbows with the Fletching skill, this requires Oak logs and Bowstrings. You can also buy them from Lowe in Varrock for 204 coins.

Making an Oak longbow requires a Fletching level of 20, and will grant you 399 Fletching experience in total. You can use up to Steel arrows with the Oak longbow.
