Items of Saradomin will protect you when you enter the Saradomin part in the Godwars dungeon. This means the Monsters that reside there will not be agressive towards you. This is usually done to farm the Saradomin killcount you need to enter Commander Zilyana in peace.
A wide variety of items aligned with the god Saradomin can be used to protect yourself, simply having them equipped is sufficient.
