Bronze darts require level 1 Range. You can create Bronze darts at 4 Smithing. Use a Bronze bar at any anvil to create 15 Bronze dart tips, then use feathers dropped by chickens to create Bronze darts for 35 Fletching experience per 15 darts made.

Bronze darts also sold by Brian in Draynor Village.
