Guthan's armour equipment is obtainable from the Barrow Brothers minigame. It requires 70 attack and 70 defence to equip.
It is only tradeable when fully repaired or fully degraded.
The special ability of full Guthan's is infestation, you have a chance of 25% of attacking with this special attack. You will heal 6 HP plus half of the hit you deal during the spcial attack.
To repair Guthan's armour talk to Bob who is located in Lumbridge and Port Sarim. This will cost you an X amount of money.
