The Max cape can be bought and worn when a player has achieved level 99 in all Skills. Talk to Thessalia near Varrock square to buy it. It costs 3 309 571 coins.
It is the best cape in the game, featuring high combat bonuses and the ability of the Ava's accumulator to save arrows when ranging.
Players can also use the skillcape emote, which turns the player into a dragon which then flies up in the air. The type of dragon you can be is either Obsidian or Gold and has a 50-50 rate.
