Dharok's armour equipment is obtainable from the Barrow Brothers minigame. It requires 70 attack, 70 strength and 70 defence to equip.
It is only tradeable when fully repaired or fully degraded.
The special ability of full Dharok is wretched strength. This effect increases your maxhit depending on how much damage the wielder has taken.
To repair Dharok's armour talk to Bob who is located in Lumbridge and Port Sarim. This will cost you an X amount of money.
