Master capes can be bought from King Percival at the White knights castle in Falador. A master cape of a certain skill can only be equipped by the player if the player has achieved the max amount of experience in that skill. A master cape will only show in the shop if you have the required 200 million experience and can be bought for 1 million coins. All master capes have the same emote as their respective skillcape.
