Port Phasmatys is a ghost town east of Canifis. It's populated by a lot of ghosts! The only way to talk to the ghosts and to acces the general store is by using the Ghostspeak amulet.
Players can access Port Phasmatys by teleporting to Canifis, then running east.
Port Phasmatys is also part of the quest Rest in Pieces.
