Barrow items can be obtained as a reward from the dangerous minigame Barrow Brothers. The Dharok's greataxe is two-handed and require 70 Attack to wield. It degrades when used 1000 times and can only be traded when it is fully charged or completely destroyed. If the user dies and drops barrow items, the destroyed version will be dropped. Players can repair destroyed Barrow items at Bob for a coin fee.
The Dharok's greataxe hits much higher when the user is low on Hitpoints, hitting up to 80s or more. The Dharok's greataxe special effect only works when a player wears all pieces of the Dharok's armour set.
