Corrupt Statius's full helm is a strong piece of Ancient armour obtained as a rare drop from the Spectral worshipper. It is one of the pieces of the Corrupt Statius's armour set. Statius's full helm requires 78 Strength and 20 Defence to equip.

Corrupt Statius's full helm has a similar non-corrupt version, which requires a higher Defence level and provides more bonuses.

Once used in combat, Corrupt Statius's full helm is no longer tradeable and can only be repaired by using Ancient energy on it. Recharging it to full with the ancient energy will not make it tradable again, however. After 3000 hits, the helm will crumble into dust if not recharged.
