The Spectral spirit shield requires level 75 Defence to wield. Its special ability is that the wearer's maximum Hitpoints level is increased by +11, this effect stacks with the hp boosting effect from saradomin and zamorak brews.

Every special spirit shield can be operated, giving the wielder a charge of retaliation. The next damaging hit will inflict a counter hit of 20% of the taken damage. This ability has a cooldown of 1 minute and does not stack with Vengeance. It stacks with the Ring of recoil.

The Spectral spirit shield can only be created by using a Spectral sigil on a Blessed spirit shield. This requires a Crafting level of 90 and grants a player 1,046 Crafting experience.

The Spectral sigil and the Spirit shield are only obtainable as rare drops from the Corporeal beast.
