You can get a Fire battlestaff at Zaff's Superior Staffs! in Varrock, it is run by Zaff. This battlestaff costs 16 379 coins and grants an infinite supply of fire runes when worn. The fire battlestaff requires a Magic level of 1 and an Attack level of 30 to be worn. It offers a good Melee attack bonus, as well as the same magic strength bonus as the Staff of fire.
