The Splitbark legs require a Defence, Magic and Prayer level of 45 to wear. They can only be obtained as a rare drop from the boss Chronozon.

The Splitbark legs are a part of the Splitbark armour set which is used as a defensive Magic set with a nice Prayer bonus. Apart from the legs the set also consists of a Helm, Body, Boots and Gauntlets.
