Torag's helm is one of the various barrows items that is obtainable from the Barrows Brothers minigame. It is one of the pieces of Torag's armour set. The helm requires 70 defence to be equipped.

Torag's helm, like all barrows items, is a degradable armour and will gradually degrade into a broken state while used in combat, possessing a total of 8,000 charges. It is only tradeable when it is completely full of charges or completely broken. If the user dies and drops the helm, the broken version will be dropped. The helm can be repaired by Bob at any state for a coin fee of up to 181,000 gp (depending on how many charges missing).

Set effect

Torag's helm, when equipped with the rest of the set, will activate Torag's set effect. The set effect will increase the player's damage soaking bonus by 10 points.
