The quest Jack Frost I can be started by talking with Santa, who is located south of Grand Exchange.

Step - Santa asked me to talk with Jack Frost. He can be found South of Ice mountain at the Dwarven Mine.

Step - The talk with Jack Frost wasn't succesful. Talk with the snow imp Benny for more information.

Step - Snow imp Benny advised to go talk with Sir Tiffy Cashien, who is located in Falador park.

Step - Sir Tiffy Cashien recomended to offer my help to Jack Frost and then choose a side, between Jack Frost and Santa

Step - Jack wants to hijack present deliveres. Santa should be informed about Jack's plan, or that everything is fine.
