Kwuarms are Herbs that are used to make super strength potions. They can be obtained with the Farming skill and as a drop from various Monsters. When first obtained these kwuarms are grimy and require a Herblore level of 55 to clean them, doing this will grant 270 herblore experience. This makes grimy kwuarms more valuable than clean kwuarms when selling them for a profit or leveling Herblore.

Herblore

Grimy kwuarms have to be cleaned in order to make potions. This requires 55 Herblore and grants 270 experience.

Clean kwuarms can be combined with Vial of water to make Kwuarm potion (unf), this does not require a Herblore level.

Kwuarm potion (unf) can be combined with a Limpwurt root to make Super strength potions.
