Chocolate dust can be created by using a Pestle and mortar on a Chocolate bar. You can buy a chocolate bar for 11 coins in any General store. The chocolate dust is only used to make energy potions by using the Herblore skill. Energy potions are created by using chocolate dust on an Unfinished harralander potion. This requires a herblore level of 19 and will grant 340 experience.
