Broad arrows can be made with Fletching, to make Broad arrows you need to have level 52 Fletching. In order to create Broad arrows you need to use Broad arrow heads on Headless arrows. Broad arrow heads can be bought at Slayer shop for 76 coins each. You need to use these arrows to deal damage to the following monsters: Gulega, Tormented demon, Kurask or Turoth.
