The Full slayer helmet is a helmet that grants the wearer 15% accuracy and damage bonus against their assigned slayer monster. It is also capable of defending the wearer from smoke poisoning in the Smoke dungeon and defends wearer from various slayer monsters Wall beast, Aberrant spectre, Dust devil, Banshee, Gorak and Mutant tarn. Additionally can operate it while wearing to view how many slayer monsters are left on your current slayer task. It's an upgraded version of the Slayer helmet.

It can be made by combining the Slayer helmet, Focus sight and Hexcrest. You need level 65 crafting in order to combine them. This action grants the player 440 Crafting experience. To wear the helmet you need level 65 Slayer.
