Promethium dagger is a drop from Lucien Van Rot and his minions in the Rot cave. It requires level 80 Attack and level 85 Strength to wield. It can also be made by using the Smithing skill. This requires a smithing level of 89 and 3 Promethium bar and will grant 2.280 Smithing experience. As with other Promethium items, it reduces the effects of rot by 10% (for a total of 50% when fully geared with Promethium equipment items)

The Promethium daggers special attack costs 50% energy, slices your target once and deals instant rot damage.

This weapon can be poisoned with a 33% chance of inflicting poision on a target.
