Rune crossbow requires level 61 Range. It is obtained as a drop from Basilisks. It uses bolts up to rune. Rune crossbow is a one-handed weapon, this allows players to use a shield with it. The type of bolt will determine the ranged strength and thus the maxhit of the crossbow.
