Promethium warhammer is a drop from Lucien Van Rot and his minions in the Rot cave. It requires level 85 Strength and 80 Attack to wield. As with other Promethium items, it reduces the effects of rot by 10% (for a total of 50% when fully geared with Promethium equipment items). The Promethium warhammer can be made by using the smithing skill, requiring 4 Promethium bar and grants you 3,040 smithing XP. However, 91 smithing is required.The Promethium warhammer is degradable and has up to 37 hours and 30 minutes of combat time. Promethium warhammer cannot be repaired by Bob or any repair benchs. It can only be repaired by using a Promethium bar on the equipment. A single bar will repair the Promethium warhammer in its integritty no matter how much combat time is left. However, if Promethium warhammer's timer reach 0, it will transform into a single Promethium ore and you will loose your item.
