You have a Nightveil cloth.

Nightveil cloth is a rare drop from Nomad. It is used as a Crafting ingredient for the nightveil armour. It is also used as a Invention ingredient for the Nightveil staff. The set requires 90 magic, 70 defence and the staff requires 70 attack, 90 magic to be equipped. Each piece is degradable and holds 25 hours of combat time meanwhile the staff holds 37.5 hours of combat time. If not repaired before the timer is over or if armor/staff loses it's last minutes upon death of the player, they will turn into dust. The nightveil armour cannot be repaired by Bob or any repair benchs. It can only be repaired by using a Nightveil cloth on the equipment. A single cloth will repair the armor piece in its integrity no matter how much combat time is left. and for the Nightveil staff using Nightveil cloth to repair it depending on how many charges it has lost.
