Hitpoints (HP) are the amount of points that indicate your character's health.
The Hitpoints skill is automatically trained in any fight with any of the combat styles Attack, Strength, Defence, Range and Magic. You will not gain Hitpoints experience when enchantment spells, support spells, teleportation spells or alchemy spells are used, as they deal no damage directly. You gain 20 Hitpoints experience per hit in Emps-World.
When players reach higher levels of the Hitpoints skill, they are able to sustain more damage in a fight.
Players may restore their health points with food or Saradomin brews.
